I have had the opportunity to work with freelancers from all types of backgrounds and countries. And there have been 4 mistakes I’ve made in the past that you should avoid when hiring freelancers.
I do not want to bash any companies or businesses. That is not my intention. But I get this question, “where should you hire freelancers from?” My suggestion is to use websites like Upwork, Freelancer.com, or Fiverr.
